Join us for the Holiday Marketplace, featuring local community artisans and makers offering pottery, jewelry, fine art, textiles, woodworking, soaps and lotions, stained glass, jams and preserves, cozy hats and scarves, and more!
Volunteers will help with event setup, vendor assistance, attendance tracking, hospitality, event support, and vendor load-out.
Volunteer Shifts & Responsibilities:
Thursday, November 5 | 5:00–7:30 PM Friday, November 6 | 8:00–10:00 AM Vendor Load-In Help local vendors unload and find their assigned booth spaces. A map of the event space will be provided, along with a key showing where each vendor should be directed. Each table will be labeled with the vendor's name and booth number. Some vendors may need assistance unloading items from their vehicles.
Friday, November 6 | 11:45 AM–3:15 PM & 2:45–7:00 PM Saturday, November 7 | 9:45 AM–1:00 PM & 12:45–4:00 PM Event Support & Attendance Tracking These are mostly seated volunteer shifts. Use a clicker to count attendees as they enter the Holiday Marketplace. Help with general event support and hospitality as needed.
Saturday, November 7 | 4:00–7:30 PM Vendor Load-Out Assist vendors as they pack up and load their vehicles. Must be comfortable regularly lifting up to 35 pounds. Help keep the event space organized and clear as vendors depart.
