Get in the Halloween spirit and volunteer with the 4th annual Haunted Lagoon
at Willamalane Park Swim Center!
Volunteers will assist the at entrance and exit of the haunted house, as helpers for our mallard mash to stamp hands and help participants 'fish' for rubber ducks using a net, and more.
Pizza dinner will be provided for volunteers.
To sign up, click "Respond" to the volunteer shift below and Willamalane staff will follow up with you. In your response notes, please indicate your dietary needs so that we may order pizza accordingly (if blank, we will assume you don't have any dietary needs).
Please note this opportunity takes place in an aquatic facility environment. Deck will be wet and can be slippery. Volunteers should anticipate the inside temperature and humidity to be high and dress/plan accordingly.
Costumes are encouraged but not required. Volunteers provide their own costume. When selecting a costume to wear, keep in mind that it's very hot in the building and be sure it is comfortable for moderate movement including standing and assisting with some set up. No inflatable costumes.
