Volunteer at the Propagation Fair 2023! Volunteer responsibilities include helping with event set up, assisting at the seed table, and event clean up. Volunteers should anticipate standing for long periods of time and light duties. More details on the volunteer shifts are listed below. Volunteers should meet at the check in table at the Lively Park Shelters.
Set Up 9-11am:
- Rearranging tables, setting out scion buckets with some water and label clips, filling buckets with scion and attaching labels, setting out seeds.
11am-2pm:
- Helping with directing traffic, keeping seed tables organized.
Clean Up 2-3:30pm:
- Collecting extra scion and repacking, collecting bucket labels, dumping and drying buckets, collecting seed packets, putting tables back.
